Consulting with clients
Hands-on Consulting
Hands-on Consulting
Project Management
We mainly support IT projects as a client-side PMO. The success or failure of a project is determined before the project even begins. By delving into the necessity of the project itself, we stand by our clients and lead the project to success.

System Consulting
For an organization to develop, it is essential to create mechanisms and systems that enable smooth and progressive operation of the company and business, not limited to IT. By clarifying the intentions of the management, we design systems that include coordinating the interests of all stakeholders. We not only design these systems but also operate them until our clients can manage them independently.

Start-up Consulting
There are no definitive answers in new business ventures. It is necessary to increase clarity by testing hypotheses. Based on my experience with startups, I am involved in various aspects of new business ventures, including government projects related to startups, mentoring for startups, and new business training. As a system consultant, we strongly support a startup ecosystem in Japan, mainly Tokyo.
